Direct flights to Russian Far East offered this summer

Vladivostok Air has announced it will conduct direct flights from Anchorage to Russia this summer.

The airline is currently selling seats for the flights that leave from Anchorage to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka, starting July 7 through Sept. 15 on Airbus A-320-200 aircraft.

Vladivostok Air will continue on from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka to Vladivostok and from there to other Russian destinations, such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Irkutsk, Yakutsk, Abakan, Ekaterinburg and Novosibirsk.
