Alaska State Troopers Report

On March 8, Alaska State Troopers made contact with Zachary David, 26, of Anchorage, traveling from Nome to Elim at the Nome airport just after 8 a.m. David was arrested on a warrant for repeat offenses of being a minor consuming alcohol, probation violation, and failure to appear. He was remanded to the Anvil Mountain Correctional Center with bail set at $200.

On March 11, troopers arrested Herbert Kiyuklook, 21, of Savoonga just before 3 p.m. He was arrested on a warrant stemming from the original charges of three counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree. He was remanded to the Anvil Mountain Correctional Center with bail set at $10,000.

On March 11, just after noon, troopers received a report of an intoxicated driver in Golovin. Following an investigation, troopers arrested Thomas Saccheus, 29, of Elim, for driving under the influence.
